Hi again Mehrpadin,
Another question: breadcrumbs appear to work well when I'm logged into the site on the Admin end - they follow down through the sublevels of pages with no problem. However, when I log out, or view the site using a different browser, only the "Home" breadcrumb appears in the upper left-hand corner, not followed by any of the sub-menu pages, no matter where I am in the site. It doesn't appear to be a permissions problem, nothing I can figure out at any rate - do you have any idea how I can fix this? Or, if not, how can I turn the breadcrumbs off? (I haven't moved to version 1.6 - would that fix it?)
Thanks,
Lynne

mehrpadin commentedHey Lynne,
I'm afraid it doesn't have anything to do with the theme, it's just how Drupal breadcrumb works!
You can alter breadcrumbs using a bunch of available modules: http://drupal.org/search/apachesolr_search/breadcrumb?filters=type%3Apro...
Also, you can disable them via Administer > Site building > Themes > Configure

lfrey commentedHi Mehrpadin,
There's no breadcrumb disable at Administer> Site Building >Themes> Configure (mpFree or Global) that I can see. What am I missing?
Thanks very much,
Lynne

lfrey commentedHi Merhpadin,
Since there's no way to disable the breadcrumbs at Administer> Site Building >Themes> Configure (mpFree or Global), I simply added "display:none;" to the .breadcrumbs css. That seem ok to you?
Thanks,
Lynne

mehrpadin commentedHey Lynne,
This is weird! I'm quite sure there was such a thing there!
Anyways, display:none is fine. Also, sorry for the delay, have been super busy.
