[Patch] Here is the improved location.br.inc file for Brazil location.br.inc (location.xx.inc)

Improvements are:

- Fixed the states names, now they have the correct accents
- Added support for Google Maps as a map link provider with some unique features: the location *name* will appear in bold in the Google Maps site balloon

I worked with Location module 3.x-dev from around 2009-12 but I believe nothing big has changed in the 'supported' directory.

So please just drop this file in the supported folder inside the module for future releases. The BR file available there right now is practically useless anyway.
The attached file must have the '_' and the '.txt' extension removed before usage. I had to rename it that way so drupal.org issue system allows me to attach it.
