Drupal has everything but it is definitely lacking on this front. There are RSS feeds available for the home page but it does not have any feeds option for individual node pages and user profile pages. Wordpress supports feeds for individual pages but Drupal does not which is more powerful than the former one.

So I put it as a feature request to the Drupal community to help create RSS feeds for individual node pages and user profile pages either by default or by patch.
