Birthday Validates Only Above a Certain Age

Hi--

I really like your birthdays module. I've incorporated it into a dating site because they wanted to manage birthdays, but they also wanted birthdays to only validate above a certain age. I hard-coded the feature into your module, but if you want I would be willing to contribute a prettified and generalized patch to the settings page and the module.

Does this feature jive with your overall vision for the birthdays module or should I contribute the change somewhere else?
