Per #718354: Document the meaning of different locations for drushrc.php, it would be useful to know which config files were loaded and from where, and it would also be useful to be able to see which commands are available at certain bootstrap levels, and what status values are available.
This patch does two things:
drush status, showing the path to all drush configuration files that were loaded. If this looks good, then I'll commit it and document it per the aforementioned other issue.

moshe weitzman commentedmissing patch. description of the changes sounds good.
greg.1.anderson commentedHm, that's twice now -- I'm suspicious that there might be a bug in the issue queue. Maybe user error: attach, preview, save clears the upload file perhaps?
Anyway, here's the patch.
moshe weitzman commentedLooks OK to me. I wonder how many people will use this. If it is only us drush developers, its not so interesting. I'm especially skeptical of the value in the user_bootstrap_limit. more feedback wanted.
greg.1.anderson commentedYes, I suppose the bootstrap limits are only useful to people trying to understand the bootstrap process. The reason I think 'regular folk' need to do this is that if they want to put their configuration file in their site folder, they need to understand that sometimes drush bootstraps to the site and sometimes it does not. Maybe it's better to just say that with words, though.
Maybe include just the portion of the patch that shows which drush configuration files were loaded? That's generally useful, I think.
moshe weitzman commentedI'd be interested in a reroll that just lists drushrc files.
greg.1.anderson commentedHere it is -- same as above, but without the --bootstrap stuff.
