User Force Term drop-down field shows under *all* user profile "tabs"

When editing a user profile ("user/3/edit"), the Forced Term Association drop-down field is showing under *all* "tabs" that comprise the user data (in our case, this includes the tabs "Account", "Personal Information" [for user profile data], and "User association" [part of TAC Lite user-to-term mapping]).

Only the drop-down on the "Account" tab appears to function as expected.

The two spurious drop-downs on the other "tabs" contain legitimate data, but the "selected" value is always "- none -", despite what the real, DB-stored value is.
