I had a title that said, "Shepard Fairey, America's Finest" but the autonodetitle module printed up this:

"Shepard Fairey, America's Finest"

How do I have autonodetitle treat apostrophe's and other special HTML correctly?

Maybe it's me, but I can't see the difference between your expected title and what auto_nodetitle is creating...

anyway, are you sure this isn't a duplicate of: http://drupal.org/node/699102 ?
