Is there a way to build additional formatters? I would like to use a player on multiple content types, but depending on the content type, vary the format that is used. For example, use JW player for both audio and video. However, for the audio node I want the height to be X and on the video node, the height to be Y, etc. I could be missing something, but I can't see how to do this per content type. I can only set a default set of settings, but I'm not seeing how I can vary this based on a particular filefield.

Stuart Greenfield commentedThis pretty much a duplicate of #483524: Create SWF Tools "profiles" where someone raises the idea of profiles so that you can do exactly this. It sounds like a good idea, but I need to think how to implement it...
