Add Simpletest tests for the following scenarios:

  • Create a new block without a revision
  • Create a new block with a revision
  • Save an existing block with a new revision
  • Save an existing block without adding a new revision.
  • Revert to a previous version
  • Delete a revision
  • Delete a custom block (and make sure all revisions are removed)
