Can you try turning on the "Parent sort" option on the export style? I think this might be the problem.

Also if you have time and are capable, try the attached patch with "Parent sort" disabled.

I already tried to enable and disable the parent sort but result was the same, no order, I think isn't this the problem. Tomorrow I'll try this patch.

I got here because of the same problem, haven't tried the "Parent sort" setting but did try the patch and it worked.

So my +1.

I tried the patch, with the option "Parent sort" enabled it doesn't work, but if I disable it...it works!!!

That it doesn't work with Parent sort make me kinda nervous but... its kinda a wonky feature so I'm going to just leave it at that. Thanks everyone for the testing.
