player doesn't show but JS is added to the HTML

Hi,

I'm trying to make this module work on a fresh drupal instalation but the player doesn't show up. I followed all the steps from http://drupal.org/node/473414 but it doesn't work.

I guess it's a config problem but I just don't know where to look anymore.

The site is set to offline but if anybody wants to have a look let me know and Ill give you an account so you can log in.

Does anybody have a hint?
