The Taxonomy VTN Terms sub-module depends on the Taxonomy VTN Blocks module for the function _taxonomy_vtn_block_get_list().

The requirement wasn't specified in the .info file and I did not have Taxonomy VTN Blocks enabled, and thus got errors.
