add top and bottom margin to paragraph tag

As you can see in the picture Seven doesn't have any margin applied to the paragraph tag. This is particularly evident during installation where the lack of whitespace really hurts my eyes. In my experience there's always some margin applied on top and bottom of a paragraph tag. If you agree I can try to provide a patch.
