When typing drush without a trailing command in combination with the verbose option,
set by -v
or
$options['v'] = 1; in drushrc.php
i got

Undefined index: is_alias [notice]

These lines appear between Commands: and the list of command with aliases and description.

While investigating this, i temporarily removed all drush contribs.
The sum of these lines above is 34, which is the number of commands / lines of output below Commands: without breaks).

This looks like mine; I'll fix it.

This was actually a command alias bug, not a site alias bug, but I fixed it anyway. A patch is included, but I already committed it.

Question: I failed to follow the conventions in Commit messages - providing history and credit. I'll definitely do that next time, but in the meantime, should I make an inconsequential edit just to correct the cvs commit message? It was a pretty small change.

Hi Greg,
credits are nice, but your quick response, fix / patch and question / gesture are much nicer, thx!
