CVS edit link for helmo

I have opted to (co-)maintain the whois module(http://drupal.org/project/whois) in issue #635884: (co-)maintainership of whois module

I currently have a direct interest in four issues(with pathces) which are linked in the issue above.

After waiting two weeks for a response from the current maintainer, I moved the issue today to the webmaster queue.

As per kiamlaluno's suggestion I'm now applying for a CVS account.
