from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6 and beyond. A fair amount of rewriting will be required. The existing maintainer, awjrichards, does not have the time to take this on and has formally requested that I co-maintain the module and drive the D6 development here:

I have a real estate client who needs this functionality soon and I'm going to develop it for her in any case. I would very much like to contribute the result back to the Drupal community and maintain it for future use by myself and others.
