Previewing comments is broken by FAPI change in Drupal core 6.14

I can't use comment preview on attachment enabled nodes on my non-english site.
Vague related to #502298: Preview doesn't work on non-english sites but caused by #579900: Previewing comments is broken by FAPI change in Drupal core 6.14.
