Submit a new alias without filling parameters redirects to a strange URL

If you try to submit a new alias without adding any information (or if one of them is not valid), then you will be redirected to a URL containing the HTML code of the form !

I think the new form management of Drupal 4.7 was not applied to this form.

The attached patch fixes this problem and display errors messages (and show input error) on the create alias page
