Javascript added through Skinr is not inherited

It appears that if you specify a javascript (or css) file to be included with a Skinr style in a base theme, then it isn't found for sub-themes. This is because Skinr looks for the file in the current theme's (i.e., the sub-theme's) directory, not the base theme's directory.
