Keyword search fields

Hi,
I am unsure if this is a bug or a misconfiguration.
I have enabled faceted search on a list of fields. It displays with no problems. However, in the (admin) "keyword search" area I only have the option to check "anywhere" as fields to look in. Am I missing something?
Additionally, if clicking "more options" in the keyword search box, I just get redirected to the search's home page without a change in the keyword box. This might have to do with the fact that there aren't a bunch of fields, but shouldn't there be options of "any terms, all terms" or something like that?
