I created a topic.

I would like to edit the topic name, tags, and user tags.

Is there a way to do this and also modify the feeds accordingly?

I just caught that as well. Spent quite a lot of time trying to figure out why the "edit" link did not show up in the bubble. It shows in the screenshot so I thought the feature was there. Great app.

Yes it is. You need to update buzzmonitor, tattlerapp and tattler_theme - all three, though. And if you do that you should also enable ttlr_semantic_views block in the right sidebar region.
