multiple filters on taxonomy terms won't work

I'm having a table view with multiple exposed filters for terms from different vocabularies. If I use the 'force single' option, and I select 'all', things work as they should. If I don't use 'force single', and select 'all', upon sumission no results are displayed.
Also, in both cases (force single and don't force single), I can use only one filter at a time. Using more than one filter will always return no nodes as a result.
