I haven't been able to get a grasp of how the context/blocks system works together. Is there any kind of tutorial on this that could help me figure out how to get started? I have some custom blocks that I'd like to organize using contexts (I think?), but I don't know how to get into these things...

See admin/build/context - there are various contexts defined for different sections of the site. Edit (Override) one of these contexts - all your blocks are all available there.

Context team: is there more documentation on this? geerlingguy: Up for documenting this?

Perhaps... I'm just not used to Context yet. Looks pretty powerful, but I'll need a little time playing around before I can see what's going on (and I was just getting my head wrapped around blocks, regions, and themeable functions :-/).
