The parameter 'projectssetting_interface_success_info' => t('Success!') can be removed, since HTTP-Response notification is obsolete

The option "Test-Mode" (debug parameter) is misunderstanding, since it does NOT correspond with our test mode for the project.

It is simply a debug option to display the submitted values. It can be removed since it is not nesseccary for the end user

Implemented accordingly and also removed some more redundant http response parameter.
