Hello all,
Pardon me since I am a newbie on drupal. I installed drupal 6.14 and then the module tattler. I have also added a few topics in tattler. But the semantic mining has not begun. The page says - 'no mentions found' and shows possible reasons - 1. broaden filter criteria 2. run cron jobs (I had added */5 * * * * wget -0 - -q -t 1 http://localhost/cs455/sites/all/modules/tattler/cron.php) and 3. no topics added. The screenshot is attached.
Forgot to mention - after adding a new topic, I get a requested page not found message. Screenshot attached.
Please help .

irakli CreditAttribution: irakli commentedIt looks like your virtualhost configuration has some problem and cron is unable to run.

varunx CreditAttribution: varunx commentedCould you please elaborate on how to set up virtual host configuration.. I read http://groups.drupal.org/node/6266 to set up drupal on localhost. I installed drupal and tattler from scratch but have not made any progress. When I create a new topic on tattler, the topic gets created and below it I get a message - the requested page not was not found. Please help !!

Please help,

Can't seem to find an answer. Having no mentions also after adding topics, and white screen after trying cron job.
Thanks a lot for your reply.
Greetings, Martijn

nmovold CreditAttribution: nmovold commentedI have had Tattler working for some time, but now when I add a new Topic, there are no Mentions being created. I see that the various Feeds are created for the Topic's key words and Feed Items are being created (selected Feed Items when looking at an individual Feed). So, cron is definitely working. These Feed Items just don't show up when looking at the Topic page.
When I go to one of the Topics I created upon first installing Tattler, everything works fine, which is strange. This leads me to believe something went wrong when creating the new Topic.
I am running the latest Tattler release.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Neil

are the mentions showing up on All Topics page (i.e. not showing up for specific topic but showing up in All)?
FeedAPI has had some problems with feed inheritance. Wondering if that's what it is.

nmovold CreditAttribution: nmovold commentedYes, I think you are right. I see mentions on the "All Topics" page that appear to be related to a new Topic I created. I went and clicked on edit for the mention and from the dialog screen and I could see the "Tattler User Tags" field which indicated to me that it was indeed for the Topic I created that is not showing the mentions when I go to the specific Topic mention page.
One thing to note, if it is relevant, is that some of the Topic Mention pages work - the original Topics I created months back. These original Topics are still working fine with their Mention pages listing new mentions as they are found.
Ok, so now that I know that the Topics were created ok and the Mentions are being created against the Topic tags, how do I go about fixing the problem of getting the Mentions showing up on the individual Topic Mention page for those Topic Mention pages that are broken?
FeedAPI Item Filter (6.x-1.1) and FeedAPI De-Dupe (6.x-1.0-rc1) modules are up to date. FeedAPI is at 6.x-1.9-beta3.
Cheers,
Neil
