After I enable this module, 2 fieldsets appear on the checkout form:
"Coupon Discount" -- containing a text field
"Copuon discount" -- containing a text field and "apply coupon" button

It's not a great UX to have to disable one of these panes.
Only one fieldset should be enabled by default.

nevermind. I had uc_coupon and uc_discount both enabled.
