Hi

I have a View with a LOT of rows; the CSV export icon is all the way down the bottom.

How can I put it at the top of the View?

This isn't actually something Views Bonus Pack handles or should really deal with since you can theme it.

You''ll probably want to look for the views-view--*.tpl.php
