All MERCI modules are fully uninstalled,but "merci_reservation_template" node type still exists and can not be removed (there is not "remove" link).How to remove it?

I committed a fix for this to the development version to make MERCI template clean up after itself, deleting the content type and any nodes it created when it's disabled.

Status: Fixed » Closed (fixed)
