Now, we can only access to /admin/settings/sitemap/menu_sitemap/select_links in the menu. You should add another link to that page in the admin/settings/sitemap/menu_sitemap as a tab under the title or in other way that can be easy access.

Apparently when you define menu items that are MENU_LOCAL_TASKs, you have to define one that is a MENU_LOCAL_DEFAULT_TASK. This patch makes the correct tabs appears at Administer > Site Configuration > Site map > Menu site map
