Gigya commentedWe agree that this has an interesting potential, however I'm not sure when we will be getting to this.
The Socialize Module does lay the infrastructure required to tie-in this integration, because it syncs Drupal Users with Facebook and Twitter. We will be more then happy to help you do this integration if you want - please contact me at itamar@gigya-inc.com if you have the motivation and time to work on this.
Thanks,
Itamar Novick

pribeh commentedThanks for responding Itamar. I will look into acquiring some additional developer assistance to get this started.

icecreamyou commentedHi, I'm the maintainer of the Facebook-style Statuses module.
I don't think there would need to be any changes to the Gigya modules. FBSS already supports posting to Twitter via the Twitter module, so I would expect Gigya integration to be quite similar. The only issue in my mind is the UI -- for Twitter integration, FBSS currently uses the existing Twitter module UI to allow administrators to choose the extent of integration they want and to allow users to choose whether their statuses should be posted to Twitter. I haven't used Gigya (yet... I'm planning to try it out at some point) so I'm not sure how to handle the UI bits.
In the mean time, you can track FBSS integrating with Gigya at #658684: Integration with Gigya.
