Hello,

I have a problem with ! assigned_realname or ! assigned_username. When I use here is the result when I get the mail to create a ticket:

Author: name
Response to: my.name
Date: Thu, 2009-10-01 13:51
State: new -> active
Priority: normal -> high

I do not understand why I am "a href" that appears not only the username

Any idea?

Thank you

I put the error because in my first post it appears as a link :

Author: name
Assigned to: <a href="/user/15" title="View user profile.">my.name</a>
Date: Wed, 2009-09-30 10:22
State: new
Priority: normal

I would only expect this with assigned_realname, not assigned_username. If you don't want HTML formatting, use assigned_username.
