I am interested in using the phpEdu module and profile but have questions about the dependencies.
First, the activeselect module is unsupported and does not have a 6.0 version. Can the phpEdu module run without it? What will be lost if it does?
Second, the dependency list calls for the "Email" module. I cannot find a module just called Email. There are many, many modules with Email in the title. Which one is the one we need? Maybe you can link to it from the list?

Also, I went to the demo site. Is there a way to log in? When I try to click on any of the register links I get the message that I'm unauthorized to view that page.

Thank you for your help!

Hi Tamela,

1. phpedu runs without activeselect which as you've rightly pointed has no supported version for 6.x and you won't lose anything if you don't enable it. it's now legacy and most likely will be replaced with hierarchical_select in future versions.

2. email module is the one that provides email field type for CCK.

All the modules you require, including an installation profile, are in a single tar ball here: http://www.phpedu.org.uk - but you'll have to update your Drupal core to 6.14

There's og_default_roles for 6.x included with the full version of phpedu: http://www.phpedu.org.uk/releases/index.html
