Somehow it is not possible to translate the menuitems rendered with superfish, with the 10n_client module. It finds the String but can not translate the Items. Must be something with the output i think. Any ideas?

ingopingo CreditAttribution: ingopingo commentedDoesn't work for me...
I've tried for hours to make those primary links showing off 2 languages - with no result.
I'm using the i18n module and already followed all of the tutorials, issues and hints...
Seems no way to translate the main menu..... :-(
I've tried all solutions that can be found within Drupal.org.
Any ideas?

ingopingo CreditAttribution: ingopingo commentedWhen I put my primary links as a block in the first sidebar, the primary links menu block works as expected.
A click on the language switch or a click on a translation button within an article switches the whole system to another language. So does the menu language within the block.
But those Superfish links doesnt's switch. Instead of this I have 1 menu item for every language (e.g. Home for en + Startseite for ge). Every translation of a menu item adds another menu item within the superfish menu.
Do you have any idea how to solve this?
Best regards,
Ingo
edit: I saw that there were similar problems with nice menu which I think is based on superfish, too. in http://drupal.org/node/300628 a patch is offered which obviously fixed the props for nice menu...
For I'm not a coder... Perhaps anybody can have a look and translate this one to acquia prosper?

telcopolis CreditAttribution: telcopolis commentedI have a simular problem here with the Acquia Prosper theme and i18n.
In the primary links the language settings are not respected.
The links are shown in the 2 set languages in menu bar.
Changing the theme to another solves this matter. So I guess it is template related.
Somebody has an idea?
