How to Change or Reset the Automated Job ID Number

I've been looking through the different files that comes with the Job Search module and can't figure out where I can reset, change or possibly assign self-entered job ID numbers to new job postings I create? Is there a part of the module code I'm just not see here?

Any guidance or ideas on how to do this?

Oh, I just want to say what a great module this is and hope the final version of it is posted soon.
