CVS edit link for toddejohnson

I have submitted some modules to add-on to the Activity Stream module(http://drupal.org/node/375572, http://drupal.org/node/375583). It has been requested in those threads that I create these as projects.

They are extremely simple and I use them on my blog site http://www.toddejohnson.com to show what I'm denting and which movie I have at home.

A theme function is normally called as theme('image', drupal_get_path('module', 'activitystream_identica') .'/identica.png', 'Identi.ca').
