How do I go about setting up RTMP Streaming?

I had assumed this would be built in to the cdn2 flowplayer but it doesn't seem to be

CDN2 doesn't currently support RTMP streaming. We're looking at this for a future release however, since there's been several requests for it.

when the movie/files are coming frm the CDN, which may already have Adobe's Flash Media Server, FMS ... RTMP is not supported?
The file is just being server by CDN, no streaming?
