If I set the block to show up, it outputs some data for the block space (even on pages where it was set to not show up) which makes me need to duplicate the visibility settings for the tamil script admin on the block. Why have the visibility path settings on the tamil script admin at all if it does not effectively limit the functionality anyway? See also #574716: Include/exclude do not seem to work.

Updated the Fix.

added the page specific settings as well as field specific settings. I really don't know whether we need this separately. Please note that the page specific settings will overrides the field specific settings. needs review.
