I could use it with akismet and spam modules or they will go in coflict eachothers?

I have just installed it on top of spam and bad-behavior, and all is going fine so far. It seems to check spam before antispam. That's fine because I am using spam to enter some regexes for specific content I have seen posted.

AntiSpam is developed based on the source code of Akismet. Therefore, installing Akismet and AntiSpam at the same time is not recommended (although it may still work, it's meaningless to have both).
I am not sure about other spam checking modules, but I guess it would be OK to use at the same time.
