I'm interesting in co-maintaining the module Active menus. I recently suggested a patch for this module to add some features and the current maintainer explained me he was looking for a co-maintainer (http://drupal.org/node/573340).

I have already suggested several patches for different modules but I have never needed a CVS account before.

The feature offered by Active menu does not exist in any other contributed module, as I explained in an issue where some people thought it was a duplicate: http://drupal.org/node/511828#comment-1981402.
