Can't comment or upload..

I've struck into a problem..
The thing is I can't add a new comment with a upload..

The error message that comes then is:

Problem seems to have arrive quickly and I haven't notice it, although I downloaded the module again today and uploaded it and then the problem starts, they weren't occuring before.. I'm using the Flatforum module if that's related with template.php inside my theme directory..
