CVS edit link for GuyPaddock

I have built the "Node Validation Rules" module that plugs-in to the "Rules" module to provide support for executing rules during node validation (i.e. during execution of hook_nodeapi with an op of "validate"). The module allows rules to be used to validate the information for a node, and if it has errors, to execute an action that calls form_set_error().

I feel that this module will be useful to the community, and would like to provide it on Drupal.org.

Contribution upload take #2. I hate how condensed the Drupal coding standard makes the code look, but I will respect the standard.
