I get the following error when I attempt to install the module:

Thanks for the report. Pathauto functionality is one of a number of initiatives built into Taxonomy Treemenu which are currently lurking in code, disabled. I'm not removing the code because I expect them to return, sooner rather than later. But this is a great deal of trouble to test for; I'd need multiple sites with every combination of API represented.

Sorry for your unpromising start. But your report is a valuable bug fix.

Addressed in Version 5 BETA 3.
