Note: I have an all, but a few finishing touches applied version that I can supply if needed.
Further, I intend and already have some work accomplished in creating new themes and porting existing themes over to the PHPTAL theme engine. (e.g., Garland, Minnelli, and jQuery rich Admin and front end themes)
In a module context, my current project (planning stage right now!) is a jQuery/Ubercart administration interface where users can control every part of their online store.

In the case you are accepted from the maintainer of a project to become co-maintainer, or the new maintainer, it's not required to post your code here (somebody correct me if I am wrong, which could be easily true :-).
You are the new maintainer of PHPTAL, as you requested to the former maintainer.
