See attached image for issue I am having. I'm no wizard with css but I do know how to use firebug. In trying to isolate this, I noticed that the fieldset is pulling it's css from cores defaults.css.

How can moving this field set under the previous field be accomplished?

I'm using the acquia slate theme at moment.
