CVS edit link for brenk28

I want to co-maintain the openpublish installation profile with "febbraro" because I help to create it and would like to be able to submit fixes I make for it directly to drupal cvs.

This is the issue where "febbraro" explicitly requests that I get a cvs account so I can help maintain it: http://drupal.org/node/535640

Update that fixes sql error appearing on Topic Hubs page. Note that I have just included the updated topic hubs module, which is only a small portion of Open Publish. I could not attach the entire Open Publish project as it was about 9 MB, and the form would not allow me attach a file of that size.
