CVS edit link for theamoeba

I have rewritten the Netcash credit card gateway and would like to be able to contribute to the CVS repo. I have requested to become a co-maintainer in the issue que (http://drupal.org/node/534354) and the owner has responded positively.

base_path() isn't needed above.

2cocc05.gif wasn't included within the Zip you uploaded.

But anyway, no real issues here and you have a sponsor.
