Hi S.Siva, i decided to no longer support the 6.1.x version of the theme since it represents my first tries in drupal theming. Many concepts that i used are not standards conform.

I have not time to update or maintain that old code, since i have a lot of projects for clients to finish.

I decided to redesign fourseasons (6.x-2.x-dev which is in alpha).

I will not update the old version, since my time and resources are limited.
- What kind of company are you?
- What modifications do you need?

However you can find all versions including 6.1.20 for download here:

Greetings,
I too am using this theme for my site (babcock.wisc.edu) and want very much to continue. It is the only theme I found out of several dozen that met all my requirements. Is there any harm in continuing to use it? Will the new version you are working on be able to be made to look like the version I have on the site mentioned above. My company is very resistant to redesigns. Thanks so much for this great theme.

Dave

I have the same problem - I use this theme for a department, and the new version, although very pretty, will not do for us. I'll take a look at the new one and see if I can bend it back to the old look. Meanwhile I'm going to use the old one until it simply stops working.

Its completely save to use it. It will not stop working :) ... as i explained above, the only reason to set it to unsupported is, that i dont have time to answer the issues and fix bugs that people find. Im very happy that the old version suits you...

so far i have'nt faced any problems in the site. Non Conformity to standards is not a problem till its works fine. So i think i can use this theme till i get your new version. Thanks for your time.

http://d-theme.com/four_seasons shows 6.x-2.x-dev from 2009-Jul-20. The main change appears to be tabs change to a flat menu bar.
http://d-theme.com/four_seasons_1 shows 6.x-1.20. The theme is renamed so that it will not match anything at drupal.org and will not put up the red warning message.

I'm another user, that loves the original version of this theme ( http://www.vflfooty.com/ ) I am using the customfourseasons modified version currently. I have tried your new 6.x.2 version, but I think your orginal design is probably the best publicly available Drupal theme available.

If you do get a chance, I would really like to see the original version given just a little touch-up.

Congratulations on all your work. I've had many comments on how much they like the theme you designed.

cheers,
David.

Is the 6.x-2.x-dev branch still under development? If so, would it be possible not to mark it as unsupported?

Great theme, by the way. Very nice work!

Yes, it is a pity, that the theme is abandoned. I am using it and i like it.

Version: 6.x-1.20 » 6.x-2.x-dev

How do you set to show the primary links children? I tried everything but still nothing shows up. Please help me, thank you all.

Subscribing.

I just want to add another endorsement for the orginal theme.

Elegant and efficient and a very useful implementation of "secondary" menus.

Plus as a non-themer, I found it very easy to tweak for my purposes. Very adaptable.

S.Siva’s picture

its just simple, just add one primary link as root, then add the children menu's in it, by select the root menu, so that sub links will be created
