Volunteer approval link shows approval button if person has already been approved.

While trying to validate this bug I volunteered twice. This resulted in this error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare array_walk_recphp4() (previously declared in /var/www/html/sites/keep01.com/modules/volunteer/volunteer.module:1269) in /var/www/html/sites/keep01.com/modules/volunteer/volunteer.module on line 1269

I then created a new event. I volunteered for the event I just created and approved myself. I then tried to volunteer again and got the appropriate message that I was subscribed already.

I then logged in as a separate user and volunteered. When I return to administer volunteer for the event, I get the same error.
