Right now Smugmug Image and Smugmug Video provider each store the API Key/Secret separately (and both present separate forms on the emfield admin page to collect them).

Add logic to the code to have only one place to collect the API Key based on which smugmug providers are active.

Rename the variable to a common name used by any smugmug emfield providers.
