I set all parameters at admin/build/taxonomy_redirect but, when I push "send", nothing happens. It says "There are currently no taxonomy redirect entries".

As you can see from the first image all the fields seem to have been filled, and the path of the pre-made view is set.
then on submitting the form no preset is recorded...
If i can help you to help me on this let me know.

What version of taxonomy redirect are you using?
Do you have any problems submitting any other forms on your site?
Do you have any errors in the watchdog log that could possibly be related?
Just so I understand the problem,
When you click submit does nothing does the page submit, then reload, then not have your new redirect entry.
